Lini bisnis utama Triatra berfokus pada distribusi domestik dan internasional produk-produk PATRIA dan ULTRA, yang mencakup penjualan unit alat berat, suku cadang (spare parts), komponen, serta layanan purna jual (after sales services). Selain produk afiliasinya, Triatra juga merupakan distributor resmi untuk merek internasional terkemuka seperti Powerscreen, TEREX MPS, AllightSykes, dan MB Crusher di Indonesia. Target pasar utama perusahaan adalah sektor industri berat, termasuk pertambangan batu bara dan mineral, konstruksi, kehutanan, dan pertanian (forestry & agro).

Lowongan Kerja PT Triatra Sinergia Pratama
1. Strategic Business Analyst Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis and mapping business opportunities in the coal, non-coal mineral, and non-mining sectors.
- Identify and analyze market needs for products and services.
- Evaluate potential markets in the coal, non-coal mineral, and non-mining sectors
- Survey and analyze customer needs and feedback.
- Design and offer comprehensive solution packages from inquiry to purchase.
- Enhance customer experiences and engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Marketing/Business Management/Statistics from reputable University
- Preferably certified or trained in Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or Business Development
- Expected analytical thinking for market opportunities, competitive analysis, and data-driven strategies
- Essential long-term marketing planning, sales growth, market development, and adapting to technological changes
- Strong analytical skills in market trends and customer needs are valued
2. MT Site Operation Support & Controller Department Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, implement and control all activities in the Site Operation Support & Controller Department effectively and efficiently, related to:
- Asset Management
- Financial management, cash flow and accounting processes
- Human Resource Management
- Management of Environment, Health, Safety and Social Responsibility (ESR) & ESG
- Management of internal and external relations
- Billing Activity Management & AR Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting / Management /Industrial Engineering from reputable university
- Possess good communication, problem solving and administration skill
- High curiosity & willingness to learn
- Have a good financial & accounting knowledge
- Preferably having similar working experience in branch/site administration, but fresh graduates are welcome
- Willing to be placed across Indonesia
3. Technical Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and ensuring the handling of troubleshooting activities originating from ETR/EMR/TI.
- Analyzing the troubleshooting issues to determine the appropriate handling method and assisting in resolving technical problems occurring at the site.
- Conducting meetings with principals to discuss existing problems and claims; if necessary, performing joint job site investigations with the principals.
- Preparing installation guides for the installation of components in the field.
- Performing inspections and evaluations of customer unit conditions to provide recommendations and repair cost estimations.
- Providing recommendations for potential new business opportunities based on the results of technical analysis conducted.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Naval Architecture from a reputable university
- Willing to be assigned anywhere across Indonesia
- Open to fresh graduates, candidates with technical experience are preferred
- Persistent, highly initiative, and possess strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good English communication skills
4. MT Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assign tasks to mechanics and operators.
- Monitor repair, overhaul, and fabrication work.
- Conduct employee evaluations and enhance manpower qualifications.
- Supervise work processes and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Plan and conduct training and certification for mechanics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Heavy equipment/Rlectrical engineering from reputable university
- Willing to be placed across Indonesia
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Possess knowledge of preventive maintenance and mechanical operations & heavy equipment repair
- Exhibit strong leadership and teamwork abilities
