PT Petrosea Tbk atau dikenal sebagai Petrosea adalah perusahaan swasta nasional terkemuka yang bergerak di bidang kontrak pertambangan & EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction). Didirikan pada tahun 1972, Petrosea telah berpengalaman cukup luas dalam dunia tambang (baik itu tambang mineral dan migas). Pada awal berdirinya, perusahaan bernama PT Petrosea International Indonesia.

Petrosea resmi menjadi perusahaan dengan status Tbk setelah melakukan IPO di Bursa Efek Jakarta dan Bursa Efek Surabaya (saat ini Bursa Efek Indonesia) pada tahun 1990. Sejak itu, nama perusahaan berganti menjadi PT Petrosea Tbk.

Petrosea adalah perusahaan pertama yang melakukan operasionalisasi tambang batubara bersama PT Kaltim Prima Coal di Kalimantan Timur pada tahun 1991 dengan kapasitas 2,2 juta ton per tahun.

About the Graduate Development Program (GDP)

The Graduate Development Program (GDP) at PT Petrosea is a comprehensive one-year program designed to attract the best talents and develop them into future leaders in the mining, engineering, construction industries, and the professional world. This program combines intensive learning experiences both in the field (practical) and theoretical aspects, integrating technical skill enhancement and soft skill development. Through this holistic approach, participants are well-prepared to become the next future leaders at Petrosea.

1. Graduate Development Program – Digital Excellent

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related fields with maximum graduated in 2023.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00 of grade scale
• Have minimum 500 for TOEFL/TOEIC score or 5.5 for IELTS Score
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal, and communication skills
• Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
• Proficient in Ms. Office and English, written and verbal
• Willing to work in all Petrosea site location all over Indonesia

2. Graduate Development Program – Mining

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mining Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geology & Geodetic Engineering with maximum graduated in 2023.

• Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00 of grade scale
• Have minimum 500 for TOEFL/TOEIC score or 5.5 for IELTS Score

3. Graduate Development Program – Supply Chain Management

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Any Major with maximum graduated in 2023.

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering Major (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) with maximum graduated in 2023.

• Fresh graduate or maximum 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Exposure to or strong interest in the energy, mining, logistics, or offshore industry
• Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
• Creative thinking with an interest in digital marketing and branding
• Analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools is an advantage
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage
