Nama-nama perusahaan yang tergabung di SPS Corporate diantaranya PT Sopanusa Tissue & Packaging Saranasukses (manufaktur tissue & packaging), PT Sun Paper Source (manufaktur tissue & packaging), PT Superior Prima Sukses (manufaktur bata ringan), PT Star Paper Suppy (manufaktur kertas), PT Sinergy Power Resource (pembangkit listrik tenaga uap), dan PT Mekabox International (distributor kertas).
Banyak produk-produk yang dihasilkan oleh grup perusahaan SPS Corporate telah menembus pasar ekspor terutama di wilayah Asia Tenggara. Wilayah operasional SPS Corporate berpusat di Jawa Timur, khususnya Surabaya, Mojokerto dan sekitarnya.
SPS Corporate berkantor pusat di Jl Raya Kupang Baru No. 27, Kecamatan Dukuhpakis, Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur.

Lowongan Kerja SPS Corporate
1. Recruitment and Assesment Staff
Requirements:
- Psychology major, preferably Master’s Degree (S2) in professional Psychology
- Able to administer and interpret psychological tests
- Capable of conducting competency-based interviews
- Able to create psychological assesment reports
- Possesses at least passive English proficiency
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
- Placement: Surabaya
2. Civil Staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with min. GPA 3,00
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, bill of quantity, and technical spesifications
- Capable of performing structural calculations, cost estimation, and volume analysis
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external parties (contractors, consultants, vendors)
- Have driving license (SIM A & C)
- Placement: Subang, West Java
3. International Marketing Assistant
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major with min. GPA 3,00
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Have experience overseas (travel/study/internship)
- Must be fluent in English, both oral and written
- Fluent in other foreign languages (Mandarin/Japanese/others) will be prioritized
- Detail oriented, good with numbers, and strong interpersonal skills
- Work location: West Surabaya
4. Management Trainee Accounting
MT in SPS Corporate: You will be trained within 3-5 years to be a Manager in the company.
Requirements:
- Min. GPA 3,00 from Bachelor Accounting/Tax Accounting
- Willing to stay in worker’s mess in the factory location
- Willing to work hard in flexible time
- Able to work in high pressure
- Willing to compete and accept new challenges
- Able to speak other foreign languages (Mandarin, etc.) is a plus
- Must be from reputable/top universities, fresh graduate and max. 25 years old
- Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia
