Perusahaan asal Korea iini hadir di Indonesia setelah mengakuisisi PT Tri Sakti Purwosari Makmur sebesar 60% kepemilikan saham, senilai 140 miliar won atau setara Rp 1,12 triliun dari perusahaan tembakau terbesar keenam di Indonesia itu. Melalui pembelian perusahaan rokok ini, KT&G bisa mendistribusikan dan mendapatkan keuntungan guna mengenalkan produk mereka di seluruh Indonesia.

Pabrik dari PT Korea Tomorrow & Global Indonesia terletak di Pasuruan, Jawa Timur, tepatnya di Kecamatan Purwosari, yang memperkerjakan lebih dari 3.000 orang.

Di pasar global, KT&G telah menjual produk-produknya di negara-negara Timur Tengah, Rusia, Eropa Timur, dan benua Amerika.

Lowongan Kerja PT Korea Tomorrow & Global Indonesia

1. Environment & Security Staff (Code: ES STAFF)

Job Description:

• Organizing, implementing, and supervising the control of water pollution, air and waste
• Implementing the Environmental Management System and applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Min. D3 S1 Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or relevant field equivalent
• Min. 1 year experience as Environmental/OHS Staff (Cigarette Industry or Manufacturing Industry)
• Male, with maximum age 27 years old
• Have AK3 Umum certification from the Ministry of Manpower (plus point)
• Have a good understanding of ISO 14001, experience in SIMPEL and SPEED KLHK reporting (plus point)
• Good communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Willing to attach an updated SKCK
• Able to communicate sufficient English

2. Factory Performance Management Staff (Code: FPM STAFF)

Job Description:

• Assist the Superior to execute the alignment of annual Business Plan
• Assist the execution of Strategic Project Management, also give suggestion to Superior for development of Strategic Project
• Handle and Understand the Performance Management & Performance Management System
• Handle incidental task given by Superiors

Qualifications:

• Min. S1 Business Management/Human Resource Management/Psychology/Industrial Engineering/Accounting/Statistic or related field
• Fresh Graduated or min. 1 year experience in FMCG/Tobacco/Business Consultant/Financial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
• Capability to conduct Organizational Assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Willing to attach an updated SKCK
• Able to communicate sufficient English

3. Factory Business Process Improvement Staff (Code: ES STAFF)

Job Description:

• Handle the Company Policies and Internal Regulation
• Handle the Business Process Management
• Assist and support implementation ISO Management in Factory
• Handle incidental task given by Superiors

Qualifications:

• Min. S1 Business Management/Human Resource Management/Industrial Engineering or related field
• Min. 1 year experience in Business Process/Quality Management
• Understand the operation of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio
• Understand the Standard Practice of creating a Coherent Flowchart of Business Process of the Company
• Understand of Risk Management, to be mapping on the Risk Register, and applicate on the Business
• Knowledge of implementation of ISO 9001 :2015 running on the business
• Willing to attach an updated SKCK
• Able to communicate sufficient English

4. Purchasing Complience Staff (Code: PC STAFF)

Job Description:

Drafting purchasing regulations/guidelines, supplier management and other required regulations, Compile a comprehensive report on purchasing operations by Business Departments, Detailing each stage and addressing the appropriateness and compliance of the process with regulations, Prepare materials to facilitate training sessions within the purchasing process for the Business Departments, and Perform administrative task required for the need of the Department.

Qualifications:

• Min. S1 Economic, Accounting, IT, Law, Management and other relevant major
• Min. 1 year experience in the same position
• Having experience in SAP will be a plus point
• Proficient in Ms. Office, especially in Excel
• Detail oriented
• Willing to attach an updated SKCK
• Able to speak in English both written and verbal

5. TCM Operation Staff (Code: TCM STAFF)

Job Description:

• Provide integrated weekly stock report through regular stock count
• Monitoring materials delivery and warehouse activity
• Support to perform SAP operations: MM & Fl Modules
• Handling any import process related with Tobacco materials
• Maintain intensive communication with current suppliers for shipment schedule of purchased volume

Qualifications:

• Min. D3 in any major
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Skilled in Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Power Point)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Smoker is preferable
• Willing to attach an updated SKCK
• Proficiency in English: excellent level in both verbal and written

6. Utility Electrician (Code: UE STAFF)

Job Description:

• Do preventive maintenance for Utility, such as:
  • Dust collector, AHU/Chiller, Generator
  • Conduct trouble shooting for utility problem and also utilities improvement

Qualifications:

• Min. S1 Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
• Min. 1 year experience in the same field
• Understand and able to read Electricity Drawing
• Understand and able to use Electrical and Mechanical Tools
• Familiar with Ms.Office, AutoCAD, PLC or similar automation software/industrial electricity software
• Willing to attach an updated SKCK
• Able to actively communicate in English (written and spoken)
