The Sampoerna Graduate Trainee Program 2025
We are looking for Graduate Trainees. Sampoerna Graduate Trainee is a 2-year program where you will experience exciting several assignments with endless opportunity to explore and grow your potential.
1. Sampoerna Graduate Trainee 2025 – Finance
You will gain:
- Hands-on experience through real business projects.
- Exposure to diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Opportunities to build skills in strategy, analytics, and cross-functional assignments.
- Rotations designed to grow both your technical expertise and leadership potential.
Who are we looking for?
- Hold a degree in Finance/Accounting (min GPA 3.2 for Bachelor’s, 3.3 for Master’s)
- Have a maximum of 2 years of full-time work experience
- Are fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, are agile, resilient, and a good team player
- Are willing to be assigned in Jakarta or Surabaya
2. Sampoerna Graduate Trainee 2025 – Operations
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any major
- Minimum GPA:
- Bachelor’s Degree: 3.20
- Master’s Degree: 3.30
- Maximum of 2 years work experience
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Have good analytical thinking, fast learner and proactive
- Persistent, open minded and strong in problem solving
- Good team player, agile, as well as proven leadership capability and organizational savvy
- Willing to be placed at our factory located in Sukorejo, Pasuruan.
3. Sampoerna Graduate Trainee 2025 – Commercial
