PT United Tractors Tbk (Grup Astra)

PT United Tractors Tbk. atau biasa disingkat menjadi UT, adalah anak usaha Astra International Group yang memiliki lima bidang industri/usaha yakni Mesin Konstruksi, Kontraktor Pertambangan, Industri Konstruksi, dan Energi.

Perusahaan ini memulai sejarahnya pada tahun 1972 dengan nama PT Inter-Astra Motor Works dan berbisnis di bidang distribusi alat-alat berat. Setahun kemudian, perusahaan ini ditunjuk menjadi distributor tunggal produk Komatsu dan Tadano di Indonesia. Pada tanggal 13 Oktober 1973, perusahaan ini resmi mengubah namanya menjadi “PT United Tractors”. Pada tahun 1974, perusahaan ini ditunjuk menjadi distributor produk Bomag di Indonesia, serta mulai menjual forklift buatan Komatsu.

Pada tahun 1989, perusahaan ini mendirikan PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) untuk berekspansi ke bisnis kontraktor penambangan. Pada tanggal 19 September 1989, perusahaan ini resmi melantai di Bursa Efek Jakarta dan Bursa Efek Surabaya. Pada tahun 1992, bersama Semen Gresik, perusahaan ini mendirikan PT United Tractors Semen Gresik (UTSG) untuk melakukan pertambangan batu kapur. Pada tahun 1995, perusahaan ini mendirikan UT Heavy Industry (S) Pte, Ltd. di Singapura untuk mempermudah distribusi impor alat berat ke Indonesia. United Tractors memiliki cukup banyak anak usaha yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan, konstruksi, energi, heavy equipment, dan mesin untuk kebutuhan industri.

1. Management Trainee Administration Department Head

You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, supervising capital expenditure, supporting business growth, and strengthening United Tractors’ contribution to the community.

As MT ADH, you will also be exposed to diverse functions: Accounting, Legal Compliance, Procurement, Audit, Human Resources, Safety, and many more. These functions will expose you to our excellence leader across divisions to ensure an excellence head start and prepare you to become an adaptive, versatile, and great leader.

As Management Trainee Administration Department Head, you will play a significant role in:

• Headed and supported the day-to-day operation of the finance branch administration.
• Review and analyze potential risk, and provide insight to inform strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Led and built relationships with the government, banks, companies, leasing institutions, and local communities.
• Monitoring accounting and management processes, as well as human resources.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Audit.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum GPA of 3.25.
• Have good analytical thinking, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and are able to work in a team.
• Have a strong knowledge of budget planning, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Must be willing to relocate throughout Indonesia.

2. ⁠Management Trainee Business Consultant

As a Management Trainee Business Consultant, you will become the driving force behind our heavy equipment sales and solutions and connect innovation with customer needs across Indonesia.

This 18-month program blends structured learning, quality mentoring, and experiences in sales and business development. You will not only promote United Tractors’ product but also act as a trusted partner for customers to offer solutions that help solve customers’ challenges. Moreover, you will get fully exposed to the mining, construction, forestry, and agriculture industries.

What makes the Management Trainee Business Consultant unique is the comprehensive exposure to heavy equipment machinery. You will gain hands-on knowledge of United Tractors’ product, ranging from its technical function to its usage in various industries, which enables you to provide the right solutions for diverse customers’ backgrounds.

As a Management Trainee Business Consultant, you will play a significant role in:

• Perform sales and promote United Tractors products, especially heavy equipment.
• Provide solutions through product offerings for business problems experienced by customers.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and assist in fulfilling their administrative needs.
• Stay updated on market dynamics to identify selling opportunities for the company’s products.
• Conduct sales mapping and market research to find new opportunities.
• Maintain the company’s reputation by consistently providing up-to-date information about products.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in the field of Sales Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Business Development.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fluent in English and able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin (highly preferable)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interest in sales and engineering.
• Must be willing to relocate throughout Indonesia.

3. ⁠Credit Analyst & Control

As Credit Analyst & Control Associate, you will play a significant role in:

• Conduct credit analysis and risk management by evaluating customer creditworthiness and credit limits.
• Evaluate customer financial performance and provide credit scoring recommendations.
• Manage and monitor accounts receivable and cash inflows to maintain reports and accounts.
• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of all incoming payments and bank reconciliations.
• Analyze the collection and receivable process.
• Develop and deliver financial reports and collection performance reports.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Credit Analyst, or Credit Control.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economy, or Financial Management.
• Minimum GPA of 3.25.
• Fluent in English and able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
• Ability to use accounting tools, Microsoft Office, and compliance tools.
• High attention to detail is crucial, along with solid skills in analysis, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.

4. ⁠Treasury Associate

As a Treasury Associate, you will play a significant role in:

• Monitor and manage daily cash flow planning and payments activities, including Letter of Credit (LC) payments and discounting processes.
• Manage bank guarantees, bank facilities, and supplier financing.
• Conduct treasury reporting activities, including foreign exchange (forex), umbrella facilities, vendor financing, and support continuous improvement projects.
• Perform payment processing and related documentation.
• Manage operational fund disbursement activities.
• Monitor and analyze cashier activities and administration.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Treasury.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Financial Management.

• Strong knowledge of economic, accounting practices, banking, and financial analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with internet/mobile banking and SAP is a plus.

• Analyze and review merger & acquisition transactions, which include but are not limited to due diligence, document fulfillment, and consultant appointment.

• Conduct a feasibility study and monitor United Tractors existing projects.
• Collect and analyze the financial performance and financial data report.
• Advise the company’s director on the feasibility studies report.
• Collaborate with other departments to perform joint study.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or 2 years of experience in Merger & Acquisition, Corporate Planning, or Business Development.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Management, Economy, Accounting, or Business.
• Minimum GPA of 3.25.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, operational sense, and communication skill.
• Fluent in English and able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
• Strong knowledge in financial analysis/planning, business development, and feasibility study.

• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in Process Improvement or Operational Excellence
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Mathematics
• Minimum GPA of 3.25
• Familiarity with data visualization tools or statistical software (Python)
• Proficiency in process improvement tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM) is a plus point.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
