PT TXC Technology Indonesia adalah perusahaan manufaktur komponen frekuensi profesional yang berlokasi di Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Merupakan bagian dari TXC Corporation yang berbasis di Taiwan, perusahaan ini berfokus pada penelitian, desain, produksi, dan penjualan resonator frekuensi tinggi serta osilator dari kristal kuarsa (Crystal Quartz). Produk-produknya digunakan secara luas dalam berbagai industri, termasuk komunikasi seluler, perangkat wearable seperti smartwatch, Internet of Things (IoT), penyimpanan server, elektronik otomotif, telekomunikasi, dan alat medis.

Sejak didirikan pada tahun 1999 di Ningbo, China, TXC Corporation telah berkembang pesat, dan pada tahun 2012 menjadi pabrik tunggal terbesar di dunia dalam bidangnya. TXC Technology Indonesia sendiri memiliki modal terdaftar sebesar USD 45,84 juta dan mempekerjakan sekitar 1.100 karyawan.

Lowongan Kerja PT TXC Technology Indonesia

1. Operator Produksi
The Production Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the production process in accordance with company standards This includes operating and observing production machines, ensuring product quality meets specifications, performing routine checks, and reporting any technical issues to the supervisor. The Production Operator must aiso maintain cleanliness in the work area and ensure all activities comply with safety and quality procedures.

Job Requirement:

• Male or Female
• Minimum education Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma IV (D4), preferably in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields)
• Experience in production is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Understanding of production processes and basic machine operation
• Strong analytical skills and nigh attention to detail
• Discipline, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule

2. Export Import Staff
The Export-lmport Staff is responsible for managing the entire export and mport process and documentation, including preparing the Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, and handling PEB/PIB in accordance with Indonesian customs regulations; coordinating with customs, PPIK, vendors, and forwarders to ensure smooth shipment; malntaining clear communication with customers and the company’s head office and ensuring all activities comply with regulations and company standards with high accuracy and timeliness.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major with 1-2 years of experience in export-import operations (fresh graduates will be considered)
• Understanding of export-import procedures such as HS Code, incoterms. and customs processes (PEB/PIB)
• Strong communicatlon and coordination skills
• Strong in English, high attention to detail and accuracy
• Responsible, organized, and able to work both independently and in a team
