Mayapada Hospital merupakan rumah sakit swasta terkemuka di Indonesia dengan standar internasional. Rumah sakit ini didirikan oleh Mayapada Healthcare Group pada 1 Juni 2008, setelah mengambil alih kepemilikan Honoris Hospital yang berlokasi di Jl Honoris Raya Kav. 6, kawasan hunian eksklusif Modern Land Tangerang.
Mayapada Hospital bekerja sama dengan National Healthcare Group (NHG) Singapore. NHG Group merupakan pengelola rumah sakit-rumah sakit peringkat teratas di Asia Tenggara, seperti National University Hospital (NUH), Tan Tock Seng Hospital, dan John Hopkins Singapore. Kerja sama ini memungkinkan Mayapada Hospital untuk menerapkan administrasi dan pelatihan kesehatan berstandar internasional guna meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan beserta keseluruhan strukturnya.
Mayapada Hospital Group telah hadir di kota-kota besar; Tangerang, Jakarta Selatan, Bogor, Bandung, Kuningan, dan Surabaya. Mayapada Hospital Surabaya memiliki fasilitas penunjang medis terbaik. Talent Acquisition Officer
As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you’ll be part of our Human Capital team, playing a key role in shaping our hospital’s workforce—from sourcing outstanding talent to building a memorable candidate experience.
What You’ll be Doing:
- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Managing talent pipelines
- Supporting career fair & campus hiring events
- Creating engaging job posts, social media content, and employer branding materials (if you love Canva, Reels, or making TikToks—yes, we’ll love that too!)
- Promoting a strong and positive employer brand, both online and offline
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have a background or strong interest in recruitment/HR
- Love interacting with people and are a great communicator
- Can juggle tasks like a pro—detail-oriented and fast-moving
- Are creative and have basic editing/design skills (a plus!)
- Understand the power of employer branding and candidate experience
- Are passionate about people and purpose, especially in healthcare
