Esa Sampoerna (PT Esa Sampoerna Makmur) adalah perusahaan yang berbasis di Indonesia dan bergerak di berbagai sektor industri, seperti agrikultur dengan komoditas yang diperdagangkan yaitu jagung, terong, cabai, tomat, tembakau, dan lain-lain.

Perusahaan juga bergerak di bidang peternakan sapi, pengembangan dan jual beli properti seperti gedung perkantoran dan gudang.

PT Esa Sampoerna Makmur berkantor pusat di Jl Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno No.198, Kecamatan Sukolilo, Kota Surabaya.

Saat ini PT Esa Sampoerna Makmur sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan pada bulan Maret 2025. Berikut adalah daftar posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

Lowongan Kerja PT Esa Sampoerna Makmur

1. Warehouse Staff – (Cangar based)
Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, update records, and help with inventory checks.
  2. Order Processing: Enter customer orders, help prepare them for shipping, and make sure everything is correct.
  3. Shipping & Receiving: Prepare shipping documents, track deliveries, and make sure shipments match the orders.
  4. Data Entry & Reporting: Enter information into the system, keep track of orders, and create reports for the team.
  5. Communication: Answer questions about inventory, orders, and shipments from other teams or customers.
  6. General Admin Tasks: File paperwork, organize records, and help with other office tasks.

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Management/Industrial Engineering.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel applications.
  • Fresh graduate or have working experience in production administration/inventory management (logistics) will be an advantage.
  • Priority for Malang-Batu domicile.
  • Willing to be placed in Site – Cangar.

 

2. Finance & Accounting Staff
Responsibilities:

  1. Journal entry: Record financial transactions into General Ledger.
  2. Reconciliation: Compare financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  3. Account receivable/payable: Monitor accounts receivable and payable including invocing, collections and disbursements.
  4. Fixed Asset Management: Track and maintain records of fixed assets.
  5. Tax compliance: Comply tax regulation and filling tax returs.
  6. Audit: Assist with internal and external audit.
  7. Cash flow management: Monitor cash inflows and outflows.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • Have knowledge in basic finance, accounting and taxation.
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office (Surabaya).

 

3. Sales Admin
Responsibilities:

  1. Process sales orders accurately and ensure that orders are properly entered into the system.
  2. Provide information about products/services, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly.
  3. Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a professional and efficient manner.
  4. Assist customers with order processing, tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction and create positive customer experiences.
  6. Assist the sales team with preparing presentations, proposals, and other materials as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid working experiences as customer service in sales area at least one year.
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya.
