PT Suri Tani Pemuka

Berdiri sejak tahun 1992, PT Suri Tani Pemuka adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi pakan perikanan baik untuk ikan air tawar, air payau, dan air laut. Anak perusahaan dari PT Japfa Comfeed ini mengoperasikan 5 unit pabrik yang tersebar di Indonesia (Cirebon, Gresik, Medan, dan kota lainnya).

Selain memproduksi pakan ternak, STP juga bergerak di bidang pembenihan yaitu udang vannamei dan lele clarias, di bidang fishery technical services seperti pengujian dan analisis kualitas air, analisis data panen/budidaya perikanan, serta program pelatihan khusus perikanan seperti pemberian pakan, dan masih banyak lagi.

Sebagai langkah penambahan nilai produk dari usaha STP, saat ini STP mengoperasikan 2 pabrik pengolahan produk seafood dari udang dan ikan seperti sakana fry, ebi fray, bakso ikan, prawn ball, takoyaki, dan lain-lain.

PT Suri Tani Pemuka memiliki pabrik di Gresik tepatnya beralamat di Desa Manyarejo, Kecamatan Manyar, Kabupaten Gresik.

Lowongan Kerja PT Suri Tani Pemuka

1. Warehouse Staff
Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 degree from any relevant field
• Have a strong ability to computer operation and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and posssess good communication skills

Job Desc:

1. Carry out inventory management to ensure proper asset tracking.
2. Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound inventory.
3. Create estimations and planning for material needs (stock requirements) for operations.
4. Coordinate with other departments regarding goods requests and delivery.

2. Nursery Pond Technician
Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Fisheries or relevant field
• Minimum 1 year(s) of experience as a Technician in a Nursery Pond, Shrimp Pond, or Hatchery
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• English proficiency is more preferred

Job Descriptions:

1. Develop a detailed feeding plan for the Nusery Pond
2. Conduct water quality management tasks.
3. Coordinate team members effectively to ensure daily tasks and objectives are completed.
4. Ensure strict implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and biosecurity protocols.
5. Input and maintain daily reports on feed consumption, water quality, measurements, sampling results, and treatment procedures.

3. Nursery Pond Admin
Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 degree from any relevant field
• Have a strong ability to computer operation and Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• Capable of analyzing data and reports

Job Descriptions:

1. Compile and prepare periodic of production reports.
2. Record all periodic of operational data accurately and neatly.
3. Analyze report data to identify production perfomance and report any potential issues.
4. Coordinate shrimp delivery schedules with the Sales Team and customers.
5. Manage and archive all administrative documents and technical data related to pond operations.

4. Nursery Pond Operator
Requirements:

• Minimum D3 degree in Fisheries or relevant field
• Minimum 1 year(s) of experience in the same field
• Highly disciplined, capable to work collaboratively, and able to adhere to company policies

Job Descriptions:

1. Prepare cultivation ponds and equipment before stocking.
2. Implement all standard operating procedures and biosecurity protocols correctly.
3. Perform daily feeding and administer medication according to protocol.
4. Conduct nursery pond harvesting according to the schedule and procedure.

5. Quality Control Staff
Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Fisheries, Biology or relevant fields
• Minimum 1 year(s) of experience in the same field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Have a solid understanding of Quality Control equipment and the ability to operate them proficiently

Job Descriptions:

1. Monitor and record shrimp/fry health conditions regularly and on a scheduled basis.
2. Conduct routine testing and checks of water quality paramaters for the production process.
3. Perform a microbiological laboratory analysis.
4. Coordinate with the production team for a quick and accurate analysis of all reports, espcially for production issues.
5. Input data systematically and compile routine reports on shrimp health, quality, and other production parameters.
