PT Seagull Cooling Tower adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang desain, manufaktur, dan pemasangan cooling tower untuk berbagai kebutuhan industri, mulai dari pembangkit listrik, petrokimia, pabrik baja, hingga sektor manufaktur berskala besar. Perusahaan ini merupakan bagian dari Seagull Group yang beroperasi secara global dan dikenal sebagai penyedia solusi sistem pendingin industri dengan standar kualitas tinggi.

Dalam operasionalnya, PT Seagull Cooling Tower menyediakan berbagai jenis produk seperti industrial cooling tower, packaged cooling tower, closed-circuit cooling tower, serta komponen dan suku cadang pendukung lainnya. Perusahaan juga memegang standar mutu internasional, termasuk ISO 9001 dan ISO 14001, sekaligus menjalankan aktivitas riset dan pengembangan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi serta performa sistem pendinginnya.

Berkantor pusat di Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara, PT Seagull Cooling Tower melayani berbagai proyek industri di Indonesia dan menjadi mitra bagi banyak perusahaan besar yang membutuhkan solusi pendinginan profesional dan andal.

Saat ini PT Seagull Cooling Tower sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan pada bulan Desember 2025. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

HR & GA

Responsibilities:

  1. To execute human resources functions encompassing of recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee records, training and development.
  2. Payroll practices and legislation (Tax, BPJS, Jamsostek)
  3. To manage and report PPH 21 & 26.
  4. To liaise with relevant government departments on licenses and permits renewal.
  5. To handle tasks relating to office administration and purchasing.
  6. To manage employee general paperwork documents such as foreigner worker (Visa, Kitas, Passpor, etc)
  7. To manage the work enviorentment such as building utilities, company facilities, parking, stationery, and other GA tasks.
  8. To coordinate and update of documents relating to ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 45001 OHSMS for Surveillance and Recertification audits.
  9. To monitor and update related reports for submission to management.
  10. To execute any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as an HRGA professional is required.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Solid understanding of local labor laws and experience in liaising with relevant government agencies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Self-disciplined, able to work under pressure, and capable of meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Pleasant personality and able to communicate well across all levels of the organization.
  • Ready to join immediately

 

*Salary range: Rp 6.000.000 – Rp 8.000.000 per month
