Administrative Officer
The Administrative Officer is the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and timely support across departments. This role is based in Jakarta and works closely with SCG’s business units in cement, packaging, and trading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence, schedules, meeting arrangements, and travel bookings for teams and managers.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and internal records in compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate office supply management, vendor services, and facility-related requests.
- Support event preparation, training sessions, and team activities.
- Assist in handling expense reports, petty cash, and basic procurement requests.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure information accuracy.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external parties for administrative matters.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related fields.
- 0–3 years of administrative experience; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
- Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
