PT Platinum Ceramics Industry

PT Platinum Ceramics Industry adalah perusahaan manufaktur keramik yang berdiri sejak tahun 1971. Perusahaan asal Surabaya ini mengoperasikan 3 pabrik yang terletak di Surabaya (Karangpilang), Gresik (Wringinanom), dan Bekasi (Kedungwaringin). PT Platinum Ceramics Industry merupakan produsen dua merk keramik yang cukup terkenal di pasaran yaitu Platinum Ceramics dan ASIA Tile.

Hingga saat ini Platinum telah memasarkan produknya di banyak kota di Indonesia. Platinum memiliki kantor pemasaran di kota-kota besar di Indonesia seperti Surabaya, Gresik, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Denpasar, dan Medan. Penjualan Platinum juga telah menembus pasar ekspor khususnya negara-negara Asia Tenggara, China, dan Amerika Serikat.

Sebagai perusahaan manufaktur keramik dengan merk yang terkemuka, Platinum telah mendapatkan penghargaan berupa Top Brand Award 2012 dan Superbrands Award 2013 untuk merk Asia Tile. Di tahun 2021, perusahaan mendapatkan Rekor Muri Keramik terbesar dengan ukuran 80×80 dengan merk Platinum Ceramics.

Saat ini PT Platinum Ceramics Industry sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan pada bulan Januari 2025. Berikut adalah daftar posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

Lowongan Kerja PT Platinum Ceramics Industry

1. Management Trainee Sales

• Bachelor’s degree of any major (especially Management) from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
  Fresh graduate max. 26 years old
• Have knowledge and/or experience in sales would be an advantage
• Strong conceptual, analytical thinking, have leadership skill, good communication, target oriented, high energy
• Must be capable of driving motorbike and car (preferrably manual transmission)
• Must have active and valid Indonesian driving license (SIM) both A and C
• Willing to be placed in all of Platinum Group branches in Indonesia

2. Management Trainee Manufacturing

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industry, and Mechatronics) from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
• Fresh graduate max. 26 years old
• Have experience in Production/ Engineering/ PPIC/ QC/ Warehouse/ Maintenance department in manufacturing industry would be an advantage
• Strong conceptual, analytical thinking, good communication, target oriented, high energy
• Must have a vehicle and capable of driving motorbike (car is optional)
• Must have active Indonesian driving license (SIM) C (SIM A is optional)
• Willing to be placed in all of Platinum Group plant (Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik and Bekasi)

3. Training & Development Specialist

• Minimum age 25 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management with minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
• Experienced in training & development for 2 years (in manufacturing would be an advantage)
• Have an interest in developing employee and organizations
• Have a good communication skill & analytical skills
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya

4. Sales Executive

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, all major from reputable university
• Experienced in sales retail or sales project from Building Material Ceramics industry
• Target oriented, high sense of responsibility, good communication & negotiation skills
• Willing to be assigned for business trip
• Placement in all of our branches

5. Marketing Administration Staff

• Max. 30 years old
• Min. Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Familiar with Ms. Office
• Experienced to administration in sales/marketing (in material building would be an advantage)
• Have a good communication skill, detail & responsible
• Willing to be placed in Bandung

6. Merchandiser Staff

• Max. 35 years old.
• Min. High School graduate
• Have a good communication skill, detail & responsible
• Experienced in marketing/sales FMCG industry (in material building would be an advantage)
• Able to drive a car (SIM A available)
• Familiar with placement area
• Willing to go on business trip
• Willing to be placed in Jogja/Semarang/Denpasar

7. Mandarin Translator

• Min. Bachelor’s degree from all major (preferably Chinese literature)
• Max. 35 years old
• Fluent in Mandarin both spoken and written is a must
• Experienced as a personal assistant, or Mandarin translator (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Highly skilled in Ms. Office
• Good attitude & communication, fast-learner, proactive, responsible, and independent
• Willing to work under pressure and work overtime if needed
• Willing to be placed in East Java
