PT Petrosea Tbk atau dikenal sebagai Petrosea adalah perusahaan swasta nasional terkemuka yang bergerak di bidang kontrak pertambangan & EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction). Didirikan pada tahun 1972, Petrosea telah berpengalaman cukup luas dalam dunia tambang (baik itu tambang mineral dan migas). Pada awal berdirinya, perusahaan bernama PT Petrosea International Indonesia.
Petrosea resmi menjadi perusahaan dengan status Tbk setelah melakukan IPO di Bursa Efek Jakarta dan Bursa Efek Surabaya (saat ini Bursa Efek Indonesia) pada tahun 1990. Sejak itu, nama perusahaan berganti menjadi PT Petrosea Tbk.
Petrosea adalah perusahaan pertama yang melakukan operasionalisasi tambang batubara bersama PT Kaltim Prima Coal di Kalimantan Timur pada tahun 1991 dengan kapasitas 2,2 juta ton per tahun.

Job Summary
Ensure the daily update and monitoring of Expediting Status Report to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites by closely monitoring purchase orders, supplier commitments, and fabrication progress. Engage in proactive communication with Senior or Lead Expeditor, Engineering/Planning team, Subcontractors and Vendors.
Job Responsiblities:
- Track and report the status of POs to ensure alignment with delivery schedules
- Notify Senior Expediting/Lead Expeditor for any risk identified or potential delays needs resolution from another related parties
- Update material status and identify potential risk of delays materials due to certain factors
- Create and discuss the preservation plan with Procurement, Vendors and Logistic team prior to the shipping process.
- Visit supplier facilities to accelerate and monitor fabrication on regular basis.
- Identify the requirement on Contract Management System as part of the Purchasing System
- Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility
Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related fields.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in expediting, procurement, or SCM.
- Strong negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of constructability sequence.
- Understanding on preservation method is preferred
Certification:
Certification on Procurement and Supply Chain Management are preferable but not mandatory
