Lowongan Kerja PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri

1. Social Media Officer
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field
• 1-2 year(s) of experience in social media and content creation
• Skilled in writing, editing, and short video production
• Creative, analytical, and passionate about the fashion industry
• Strong communicator who can work both independently and in a team

What You’ll do:

1. Plan and execute content and campaigns aligned with EIGER Women’s brand
   identity.
2. Monitor performance using tools like Meta Business Suite or Sprout Social.
3. Collaborate with creators and KOLs to produce engaging content.
4. Stay updated on trends to keep our social channels fresh and inspiring.
5. Work cross-functionally to support digital campaigns and events.

2. Graphic Designer Officer
Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• A strong grasp of design principles including composition, color,typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

What You’ll Do:

1. Transform messages and concepts into compelling visual designs.
2. Optimize creative assets for different media formats (digital and print).
3. Ensure consistency and quality across all visual materials and brand
   touchpoints.

3. Import Purchasing Officer
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, orrelated field.
• Min. 2 years of experience in purchasing import.
• Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience using SAP system.

What You’ll Do:

1. Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO)forfinished goods based on internal
   Purchase Requests (PR).
2. Negotiate pricing, paymentterms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
3. Collaborate with QC to ensure purchased goods meet quality standards.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers.
5. Prepare reports on purchasing activities and import processes.

4. Local Purchasing Officer
Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in purchasing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High integrity, able to work independently and in a team.
• Understand procurement processes and supplier management.
• Existing network of local suppliers/vendors is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to undergo an employment background check.

What You’ll Do:

1. Negotiate prices, paymentterms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
2. Conduct price and specification comparisons to ensure the best value.
3. Monitor and control material order schedules based on production needs.
4. Ensure all goods arrive on time and meet quality standards.
5. Maintain supplier databases and purchasing documentation (POs, invoices,
   receipts).
6. Collaborate closely with warehouse,finance, and production teams.
