PT Asian Isuzu Casting Center (AICC) adalah perusahaan joint venture antara Isuzu Motors Ltd. dan beberapa mitra lainnya yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur komponen otomotif. AICC mengkhususkan diri dalam proses casting (pengecoran logam) untuk menghasilkan berbagai jenis komponen mesin seperti cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, dan komponen lain yang berkualitas tinggi untuk kebutuhan kendaraan komersial, khususnya merek Isuzu.
AICC didirikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan komponen kendaraan bermotor baik untuk pasar domestik maupun ekspor. Dengan teknologi mutakhir dari Jepang dan komitmen pada standar kualitas tinggi, perusahaan ini menjadi salah satu penyedia utama komponen bagi pabrik Isuzu di seluruh dunia.
Saat ini PT Asian Isuzu Casting Center sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan pada bulan Januari 2025. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

HR IR & GA Staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both spoken and written
- Japanese language skills will be a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understand labor law
- Understand TKA licensing requirements & procedures and company legal documents
- Have driving license (SIM) A
- Able to drive a four-wheeled vehicle
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the management and supervision of drivers and security, including work schedules, task coordination, and performance evaluation to ensure smooth operations and company security
- Manage the maintenance, supervision, usage schedules and administration of operational vehicles to ensure their functionality and efficiency in accordance with company policies
- Manage expatriate licensing such as visas, work permits and other documents to ensure complince with applicable regulations
- Manage the maintenance and supervision of company infrastructure
- Assist in the implementation of Industrial Relations duties
Salary Range: Rp 7.300.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month
Benefit & Others: Meal, Overtime, Transport Allowance, Medical Allowances, Loans, Bonus per year
