PT Applus Energi dan Industri memiliki hubungan dengan PT Freeport Indonesia (Manyar Smelter) sebagai salah satu penyedia layanan inspeksi, pengujian, sertifikasi, dan technical staffing untuk smelter Manyar di Gresik, Jawa Timur. Manyar Smelter merupakan proyek strategis nasional milik PT Freeport Indonesia, yang bertujuan untuk memproses konsentrat tembaga menjadi produk akhir berupa katoda tembaga.

Dalam konteks ini, PT Applus Energi dan Industri berperan sebagai mitra yang mendukung keberhasilan operasional smelter melalui layanan seperti inspeksi non-destruktif (NDT), pengujian kualitas material, pengawasan teknis, dan technical staffing untuk memastikan standar keselamatan, efisiensi, dan kualitas infrastruktur smelter. Peran ini penting untuk memastikan bahwa semua tahap pembangunan smelter sesuai dengan persyaratan teknis dan regulasi yang berlaku.

Saat ini PT Applus Energi dan Industri sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan untuk penempatan Manyar Smelter pada bulan Januari 2025. Berikut adalah daftar posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

1. Contract Management

Division: Business Process, Smelting & Refining
Position Title: Contract Management
Work Location: Gresik, East Java
Employment Type: 12-month contract based with possibility extension

The purpose of this position:

1. Responsible for the development of proper Scope of work, by discussing the key deliverable, performance matrix, pricing scheme, execution schedule with the internal customer.
2. This individual will place Health and Safety at the forefront of every scope of work that is contracted out and executed by contractors.
3. The role further be responsible to ensure the timely onboarding of the contractor and to ensure compliance with Freeport Smelter onboarding requirements. This individual with be further tasked with ensuring task performance is fully completed as agreed in the scope and to the right level of quality and release invoice for payment.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Computer literacy in MS Office Suite is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Mining/Metals Processing facility in Contract Management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills required.
• Must be able to lead a cross functional team and possess a drive for continuous improvement.
• Must be able to train and mentor others.

2. Control Room Clerk

Division: Business Process, Smelting & Refining
Position Title: Control Room Clerk
Work Location: Gresik, East Java
Employment Type: 12-month contract based with possibility extension

The purpose of this position:
To provide administrative and operational support to the process plant control room team, ensuring seamless documentation, communication, and coordination of activities to maintain efficient and safe plant operations.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (additional administrative or technical qualifications preferred) with around 1-3 years in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in an industrial or process plant setting.

3. Crane Instructor & Assessor

Position Title: Crane Instructor & Assesor
Work Location: Gresik, East Java
Employment Type: 6-month contract based with possibility extension

The purpose of this position:

1. Conduct onboarding process to ensure the target are meet, especially related with Competency Check by conducting competency test according to requirements.
2. Ensure onboarding process, especially related with Competency Check activities for contractor and permanent employee is run safe and clean, so that productivity of operation can run optimally.
3. Professionally create, review, update, and deliver competency-based learning and assessment to a culturally diverse range of learners in on job and off job situations.
4. Contribute as a recognized technical expert member of a larger team of educational professionals, always demonstrating those behaviors that fully support Company Values and PTFI SHE policies and procedures.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Graduated minimum Senior High School, with 10 years experiences in manufacturing or mining industry and 5 years in operating Overhead Crane, Double Hook/Laddde Crane, Mobile Crane, and others Crane
• Having license for all equipment required as ruled by Area/Safety Manager (related Operations equipment):
• Government Certification related to applied Crane (i.e SIO Overhead Crane, SIO Mobile Crane, SIO Rigging and SIM B2).
• Government Certification for Assessor.Experienced in training and assessment development.
• English beginner level for both writing and speaking.
• Computer Literate (MS-Office, familiar with CMMS (ex. SAP) will be an advantage.)

4. Admin Licensing Data & Support

Division: Business Process, Smelting & Refining
Position Title: Admin Licensing Data & Support
Work Location: Gresik, East Java
Employment Type: 6-month contract based with possibility extension

The purpose of this position:

1. Conduct the onboarding process and meet targets by following the required administrative procedures.
2. Facilitate the competency test process for both contractors and permanent employee.
3. Ensure all license data and documents required for each respective permanent/contractor employee are maintained and stored properly.
4. Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Associate/Bachelor degree in all major, with 2 years experience in administration and handling documentation process.
• Preferably candidates with good interaction with external parties and good group communication
• English fair level for both writing and speaking.
• Computer Literate (MS-Excel intermediate and familiar with SAP will be an advantage.)

5. Mobile Equipment Instructor & Assessor

Position Title: Mobile Equipment Instructor & Assessor
Work Location: Gresik, East Java
Employment Type: 6-month contract based with possibility extension

The purpose of this position:

6. Technical Training Officer

Division: Business Process, Smelting & Refining
Position Title: Technical Training Officer
Work Location: Gresik, East Java
Employment Type: 6-month contract based with possibility extension

The purpose of this position:

1. Ensure alignment of technical competency with required training to ensure sustainable safe production.
2. To monitor and manage technical skill identification and technical training execution.
3. Maintain technical training record, evaluation and competency database.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor/Diploma degree (D3/S1) in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument/Metalurgy, Chemical/Industrial Engineer, with minimum 2 years experiences in smelter industry and 3 years vocational or operation practice and train others.
• Possessing good hands-on and analytical skill, have quick and enthusiastic learner, good coordination, attentive to detail, disciplined.
• Fair in English.
• Understand improvement methodology and its implementation.
• Computer Literate (MS-Office, familiar with CMMS (ex. SAP) will be an advantage.)
