bp Indonesia adalah bagian dari perusahaan energi global British Petroleum (bp) yang telah hadir di Indonesia selama lebih dari 50 tahun. Sebagai salah satu pemain utama dalam industri energi, bp berfokus pada eksplorasi, produksi, dan distribusi gas alam cair (LNG) melalui proyek besar seperti Tangguh LNG di Papua Barat. Selain itu, bp juga mengelola jaringan Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) di Indonesia yang dikenal dengan merek dagang bp. SPBU bp menawarkan bahan bakar berkualitas tinggi seperti bp Ultimate dan bp 92 yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kendaraan sekaligus ramah lingkungan.

Vacant graduate positions

1. Graduate – civil engineer

Civil engineers harness the forces of nature to build and operate technology for the benefit of humanity. At bp, our civil and structural engineers design, build and manage the integrity of our offshore and onshore structures and infrastructure whether fixed or floating. Our facilities are spread globally and you will work on jobs that range from local scale to projects of international significance. These facilities are essential to the production and delivery of energy from its natural state to the market and into society. bp has growing interests in low carbon energy production, including; onshore and offshore wind, solar power and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

2. Graduate – electrical engineer

Responsible for electrical power system analysis & study, site operational technical support, electrical equipment reliability & maintenance, brownfield modification project, tie-in & integration with the new facilities. The electrical systems involve power generation, transformer, switchgear, UPS, electric motors, lighting & small power system, electric heat tracing, variable speed drives and HVAC.

To be eligible to apply to the graduate positions, you are:

• Have willingness to learn, passion to excel and deliver results
• Have recently graduated from Bachelors (S1) or Masters (S2) or Doctoral (S3) program or will be graduating by August/November 2026
• Applicants with less than 2 years professional working experience may also apply
• You should have completed your degree in one of the discipline/majors below:
  • Civil engineer: civil engineering
  • Electrical engineer: electrical engineering, power engineering, physics engineering, physics
