Auto2000 adalah jaringan layanan penjualan, perawatan, perbaikan, dan penyediaan suku cadang resmi Toyota di Indonesia yang sepenuhnya dikelola oleh PT Astra International Tbk. Didirikan pada tahun 1975 dengan nama Astra Motor Sales, perusahaan ini berganti nama menjadi Auto2000 pada tahun 1989.
Sebagai dealer resmi Toyota terbesar di Indonesia, Auto2000 menguasai sekitar 42% dari total penjualan Toyota di negara ini. Jaringan Auto2000 mencakup lebih dari 110 outlet dan bekerja sama dengan 840 toko suku cadang di seluruh Indonesia, kecuali di beberapa wilayah seperti Sulawesi, Maluku, Papua, Jambi, Riau, Bengkulu, Jawa Tengah, dan D.I. Yogyakarta.
Auto2000 menawarkan berbagai layanan, termasuk penjualan kendaraan baru, layanan purna jual, suku cadang, aksesori, serta layanan servis seperti Toyota Home Service (THS) yang memungkinkan pelanggan melakukan perawatan kendaraan tanpa harus datang ke bengkel. Transformasi digital perusahaan diwujudkan melalui Auto2000 Digiroom, sebuah platform e-commerce yang memudahkan pelanggan dalam transaksi pembelian mobil, suku cadang, dan aksesori Toyota secara online.

1. Recruitment Management Analyst
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in all major
- Relevant work or internship experience in a similar field is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Active participation in organization or communicty activities
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical thinking and data management
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Good planning and organization skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools is a plus
- Familiarity with content and employer branding initiatives is a plus
2. Knowledge & Training Management Analyst
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in all major
- Relevant work or internship experience in a similar field is a plus

3. Project Establishment Analyst
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering
- 1-2 years of work experience in designing architectural projects, especially in the commercial sector
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software such as SketchUp, Adobe, Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments while managing multiple projects effectively
- Collaborative team player with experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communications, creativity, and problem-solving skills with high integrity
4. General Affairs Analyst
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Industrial eEngineering
- 1-2 years of work experience in QS and building management
- Strong ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments while managing multiple projects effectively
- Collaborative team player with experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communications, creativity, and problem-solving skills with high integrity
