PT Djabes Tunas Utama

PT Djabes Tunas Utama merupakan salah satu unit bisnis utama dari grup perusahaan material bangunan besar, Djabesmen Co. (DBC), yang telah berkontribusi di industri konstruksi Indonesia selama lebih dari 50 tahun. Perusahaan ini secara spesifik bergerak di sektor manufaktur bahan bangunan, yang berfokus pada produksi atap fiber semen di bawah merek dagang terkenal, Djabesmen.

PT Djabes Tunas Utama didirikan sebagai unit terpisah pada tahun 2014, dari pembagian bisnis PT Djabes Sejati, untuk lebih mengoptimalkan kinerja unit Fiber Cement. Produk utamanya meliputi berbagai jenis atap gelombang seperti Djabes 6 (Gelombang Besar), Djabes 11 dan Djabes 14 (Gelombang Kecil), serta Djabes Genteng dan aksesorisnya, yang semuanya diproduksi sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI).

Lokasi pabrik dan operasional utama PT Djabes Tunas Utama berada di Ngoro, Kabupaten Mojokerto, Jawa Timur, dan produk-produknya telah diakui kualitasnya, dibuktikan dengan berbagai penghargaan, termasuk pengakuan sebagai Top Brand untuk kategori Atap Fiber Semen selama bertahun-tahun.

Saat ini PT Djabes Tunas Utama sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan pada bulan Oktober 2025. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

Lowongan Kerja PT Djabes Tunas Utama

1. HR Staff
Requirements:

• Female, age 23-30 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or administration
• Good understanding of HR administration and personnel procedures
• Excellent communicaton and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibilitiy and time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Willing to work in Ngoro, Mojokerto

Job Summary:
Responsible for handling personnel administration, including attendance records, employee data, and HR documentation. Ensures accurate and timely processing of employee services while supporting overall HR operational activities.

2. CHP Foreman
Requirements:

• Male, age 23-30 years old
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Enginering, Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, production, or inventory control
• Understands of stock control and warehouse operations
• Familiar with inventory or ERP systems
• Skilled in stock opname and inventory documentation
• Good coordination with production and QA teams
• Willing to work in Ngoro, Mojokerto

Job Summary:
Responsible for handling finished goods warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy and product quality in coordination with Production and QA teams.

3. CS Planner Officer
Requirements:

• Female, age 23-30 years old
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Administration/Management
• 1+ year experience in customer service or sales admin
• Familiar with ERP systems (QAD/SAP preferred)
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and good coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and business email
• Willing to work in Ngoro, Mojokerto

Job Summary:
Responsible for handling Sales Orders (SO), delivery planning, and customer feedback handling to ensure accurate data processing and smooth delivery operations.
