PT Hertz Flavors Makmur Indonesia adalah perusahaan manufaktur bahan kimia dengan spesialis produk flavour dan casing untuk produk tembakau, termasuk flavour house dari Jerman. Perusahaan mengoperasikan pabrik di Ngoro Industrial Park, Blok CC-3A, Desa Wotanmasjedong, Kecamatan Ngoro, Kabupaten Mojokerto, Jawa Timur.

Perusahaan ini memproduksi flavour dan casing yang dibutuhkan untuk pabrikan rokok, shisha, serta additives tembakau lainnya. Beberapa standar mutu dan sistem manajemen yang disebutkan sebagai keunggulan atau nilai tambah dalam lowongan adalah ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 22000, dan ISO 17025.

Saat ini PT Hertz Flavors Makmur Indonesia sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan pada bulan September 2025. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

Lowongan Kerja PT Hertz Flavors Makmur Indonesia

1. Procurement Staff
Job Description:

1. Source for raw material and packaging vendors.
2. Request quotes and samples of required raw materials and packaging, including supporting documents.
3. Create purchase orders.
4. Monitor the delivery process.
5. Ensure that all required documents are available upon arrival of goods.
6. Receive invoices and tax invoices.
7. Monitor price movements of raw materials and packaging.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field
• Have good proficiency in English (Business English)
• Understanding of raw materials used in the cigarette industry
• Have network of vendors related to raw materials and packaging in the cigarette industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• At least 1 year of experience relevant to the job description
• Willing to be placed in Mojokerto, East Java

2. PPIC Staff
Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible to made the production plan based on sales forecast, order demand, and production capacity.
2. Control and monitor material availability to ensure smooth production flow.
3. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams regarding raw material and finished goods requirements.
4. Monitor inventory levels, perform stock analysis, and recommend minimum and maximum stock levels.
5. Create and update Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
6. Ensure production schedules are met and adjust plans if there are delays or changes in demand.
7. Conduct periodic reporting on production progress, material usage, and inventory status.
8. Identify and resolve discrepancies between production plans and actual performance.
9. Support continuous improvement initiatives in production efficiency and inventory control.
10. Working in accordance with any standard required by company.
11. Maintain highest level of confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

• Educational background at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering Major, or similar related fields
• At least 2 years in same position
• Good in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Having well planning skills, and effective communication skills.
• Having experience in production and warehouse is preferably
• Having knowledge in production process, inventory control, MRP/ MPS system in manufactur is preferably
• Willing to be placed in Mojokerto, East Java.

3. Laboratory Staff
Job Description:

1. Responsible for the implementation of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and HACCP.
2. Preparing for management review, external and internal audit, following corrective/ preventive action plan, routine OPRP/CCP verification and creating validation protocol and its report.
3. Conduct the inspection of incoming goods, intermediate product, and finished products and its report.
4. Active in supporting for research and development of new products.
5. Implement the standard and rules in the plant based on Good Manufacturing Practice.
6. Implement 5s consistently to create a safe, efficient, and comfortable working environment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Food Technology/ Biology/ Agro Industrial Technology, and other related fields
• Excellent in academic performance and have strong analytical skills
• Good in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good in written and spoken English
• Have deep understanding in ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 22000, and ISO 17025 as an advantage
• Minimun working experiences 3 years at related field
• Having knowledge in GCMS, NIR, density meter, refractometer, photometric determination is an advantage

4. Production & Warehouse Staff
Job Descriptions:

1. Executes and maintain all required official corporate filings, documents, reports, and records according to company and applicable regulations.
2. Carry out of operational production, warehouse, engineering and other related work.
3. Coordinating with related internal and external departments.
4. Working in accordance with any standard required by company.
5. Inventory raw materials in warehouse.
6. Inventory finished goods materials in warehouse.
7. Closely monitoring, analyze, and reporting movement of items in warehouse.
8. Maintain highest level of confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

• Educational background at least Diploma Degree or SMK in All Engineering Major, or similar related fields.
• Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Good in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Having well planning skills and effective communication skills.
• Can operate hand stacker, having SIO is preferably.
• Having experience in production and warehouse is preferably.
• Having experience in factory workshop is preferably.
• Having experience in both flavoring and tobacco industry is preferably.
• Working experience in warehouse that comply requirement of ISO 9001 and HACCP could be advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Mojokerto, East Java.
