Saat ini PT JTEnergi sedang membuka program management trainee pada bulan Agustus 2025. Berikut adalah kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

Lowongan Kerja PT JTEnergi

Management Trainee FUEL (FreshGraduate Upskilling & Entry-Level Launchpad)

Duration: 36-month (3 years)

1. Operations Management Trainee
Qualifications:

  • SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
  • Strong understanding of technical fundamentals related to chosen field
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and operational standards
  • Willing to work in operational/field environments

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Support operational projects in areas such as mechanical systems, electrical maintenance, or civil infrastructure.
  2. Monitor and ensure compliance with technical SOPs, safety standards, and KPIs.
  3. Assist in equipment maintenance, facility management, or production operations.
  4. Identify opportunities for technical process improvement and efficiency.

 

2. Human Capital Management Trainee
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Psychology, Management or related
  • Strong in administration and recruitment processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle confidential information

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Support end-to-end recruitment and employee on-boarding.
  2. Assist in talent development and training program design.
  3. Manage employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.
  4. Provide HR analytics and reporting for management decisions.

 

3. Marketing Strategic Management Trainee
Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Management
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behaviour.
  2. Support marketing campaigns and brand strategy execution.
  3. Collaborate with creative teams to develop promotional materials.
  4. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  5. Assist in digital marketing strategy (SEO, social media, content).

 

4. Data Strategic Management Trainee
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Sciences, Informatics, Information System or related fields
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into business insights

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Collect, clean, and analyze business data for strategic insights.
  2. Develop dashboards and visual reports for management.
  3. Support predictive and prescriptive data modelling.
  4. Work with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven solutions.
