K3Mart memiliki beberapa lokasi strategis di Indonesia, termasuk di Green Lake City, Cipondoh (Tangerang), Pantjoran PIK (Jakarta), dan Medan​.

HR Generalist – Surabaya

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management or other relevant fields
• Domicile in Surabaya Area
• Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word)
• Able to lead and develop a team
• Capable of working under pressure
• Flexible, communicative, and detail-oriented

   

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for HR functions such as absence management, employee database, and work contracts
2. Responsible for payroll (salary, tax, BPJS Employment & BPJS Health)
3. Assist in the development and implementation of SM policies, as well as compliance with employment regulations
