Fore Coffee adalah merek kedai kopi modern asal Indonesia yang menggabungkan cita rasa kopi khas Nusantara dengan teknologi terkini untuk memberikan pengalaman yang unik kepada pelanggan. Nama “Fore” berasal dari kata “forest,” melambangkan dedikasi perusahaan terhadap keberlanjutan dan cinta terhadap alam.

Fore Coffee memposisikan diri sebagai merek yang berfokus pada inovasi produk, digitalisasi layanan, dan mendukung petani kopi lokal. Perusahaan ini juga dikenal sebagai pelopor layanan berbasis aplikasi di industri kedai kopi Indonesia, yang memungkinkan pelanggan untuk memesan kopi dengan mudah melalui aplikasi seluler.

Produk utama Fore Coffee yaitu kopi berbasis espresso (latte, cappuccino, americano), minuman non-kopi (teh, cokelat, susu premium), produk seasonal yang menggabungkan rasa khas Indonesia, dan makanan ringan sebagai pendamping minuman.

HRBP Officer
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably as HRBP
  • Experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality industry is highly preferred
  • Exposure to handling Head Office / corporate functions is a plus
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of HR practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
  • Data-driven mindset with HR analytics capability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Descriptions:

  1. Business Partnership
    • Partner with Head Office leaders to understand business needs and provide HR solutions
    • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting
    • Align HR strategies with business objectives
  2. Talent Management & Development
    • Support performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, calibration)
    • Identify talent gaps and coordinate development plans
    • Support succession planning and talent pipeline initiatives
  3. Employee Relations
    • Act as first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
    • Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies
    • Support disciplinary processes and conflict resolution
  4. Employee Engagement & Culture
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs
    • Support internal communication and culture-building activities
    • Monitor employee satisfaction and feedback
