Lowongan Kerja PT Roman Ceramic International
1. Production – Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Able to describe the function of each process stage and know the product specifications in the part or process that is the responsibility
- Understand and be able to describe quality policies and quality targets (ISO 9001: 2015)
- Able to direct and motivate groups to work according to or exceed predetermined standards
- Able to determine accident prevention measures that must be taken in the work area
- Able to operate machines, including set up and settings in accordance with SOP and IK, as well as paying attention to K3 when operating the machine
- Able to find the causes and effects of a problem and look for relevant information to overcome the problem
Job Specification:
- Male
- Diploma degree in Mechanical, Industrial, and Chemical
- Have 1 -2 years experience in building materials manufacturing
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Domicile in East Java will be preferred
2. Production – Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Able to understand and describe the production process flow, stages and product specifications, machines and capacities at each stage of the production process
- Understand and be able to describe quality policies and quality targets (ISO 9001: 2015)
- Able to encourage groups to develop their teams, and have a tactical view that has an impact on work enthusiasm
- Able to determine accident prevention measures that must be taken in the work area
- Able to operate machines, including set up and settings in accordance with SOP and IK, as well as paying attention to K3 when operating the machine
- Able to compile an analysis of a problem and be able to determine solutions to overcome these solutions
