Perusahaan asal Korea iini hadir di Indonesia setelah mengakuisisi PT Tri Sakti Purwosari Makmur sebesar 60% kepemilikan saham, senilai 140 miliar won atau setara Rp 1,12 triliun dari perusahaan tembakau terbesar keenam di Indonesia itu. Pabrik dari PT Korea Tomorrow & Global Indonesia terletak di Pasuruan, Jawa Timur, tepatnya di Kecamatan Purwosari, yang memperkerjakan lebih dari 3.000 orang.

Lowongan Kerja PT Korea Tomorrow & Global Indonesia

1. Factory Asset Maintenance Staff

Job Description:

1. Company asset maintenance management:
   • Idle buildings and immovable assets are in a well-maintained condition.
   • The physical condition of company assets is recorded periodically.
2. Speed of handling repairs to company assets that need repair.
3. Management of company asset security.
4. Management of leasing and procurement of company assets:
   • Renting out company assets in the form of unused buildings and land
   • Renting buildings or land from other parties for company interests
5. Bidding process and vendor selection for procurement of requested assets from other departments.

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
• Minimum 1 year in the same field. Fresh graduates are welcome; knowledge in facility infrastructure and asset tracking is an advantage
• Familiar with Facility service (building maintenance, plumping, electrical household, office equipments)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English skills is a plus)
• Having dilligent and disciplined work behaviour

2. License & Legal Staff

Job Description:

1. (OSS)
   • Manage data and operate Company OSS accounts.
   • Monitor permits registered and issued via OSS.
   • Prepare and send 3 (three) monthly Investment Activity Reports (LKPM).
   • Coordinate with other departments whose activities are related to the company’s OSS account, such as environmental permits, labor and so on.

3. Corporate Secretary
4. Forestry Product Import Permit (INSW)
5. Machine Production (SIPENTING)
6. Trademarks, Copyrights and Industrial Designs
7. Contract Management
8. Monitor the validity period of the agreement.
9. Assist Users or do anything necessary related to the implementation of the agreement Cigarette Packaging
10. Update Regulation
11. Administration & Payment
12. Incidental works, Carry out tasks based on requests from management or other departments

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or Public Administration.
• Minimum 1 year as same position. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Familiarity with company permits and licensing processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, OSS, SIINas, INSW).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English skills is a plus).
• Having dilligent and disciplined work behaviour.

3. Facility Management Staff

Job Descriptions:

1. Conduct administration process in the facility and utility team complete.
2. Facility materials procurement administration : Make approval (Proposal, IA) etc. aim to support administration matters in regard of Facility and utility procurement in FSM.
3. Coordination with vendor regarding materials receiving, invoice, etc.
4. Work Order management (receive WO and coordination with Supervisor and technician).

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.

4. Secondary Staff

Job Descriptions:

1. Check attendance, overtime, & permit of operator and operational worker.
2. Control 5S and work safety in the production area.
3. Check the final production report.
4. Handle all administration in Warehouse Area.
5. Do the analysis and planning data in Secondary Dept.

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in cigarette or FMCG manufacturing is an advantage.
• Mastering computer MS. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
• Understand of company’s business industry and process.
• Excellent communication and coordination.

5. Production Management Staff

Job Descriptions:

1. Make a Analysis Report of Manufacture Division (Production Performance, Manufacturing Cost, Manufacture Issue, & Improvement Planning).
2. Conduct activity (programs, training, or educations, etc.) by preparing the outline for the activities to be created, review & monitoring the performance after activity, and maintaining good result.
3. Compile & report Export progress regularly.
4. Manage delivery plan, schedule of cutrag, & monitoring inventory.
5. Manage, control, monitor, and purchase plan the stock management of consumable parts, key spare parts, & assemblies parts.
6. Prepare contract document of Machine procurement.

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
