PT Indoprima Gemilang adalah salah satu grup perusahaan dari Indoprima Group. Grup perusahaan ini terdiri dari perusahaan-perusahaan manufaktur suku cadang otomotif dan kereta. Induknya yaitu PT Indoprima Gemilang berkantor pusat di Surabaya. Indoprima Gemilang memiliki 2 pabrik (plant) yang terletak di Nganjuk (Plant 1) dan Margomulyo Surabaya (Plant 2).

Indoprima Gemilang adalah holding company dari Indoprima Group, yang membawahi berbagai perusahaan ternama yang juga memiliki fokus bidang di industri suku cadang otomotif. Salah satu grup dari Indoprima yang cukup terkenal di Gresik adalah PT Indospring Tbk yang memproduksi pegas untuk otomotif.

Indoprima Gemilang memproduksi beragam macam produk suku cadang seperti combination switchbrake padclutch facingbrake liningpress partscylinder head gasket, dan lain-lain. Produk-produk dari Indoprima Gemilang telah diekspor ke berbagai negara.

Saat ini PT Indoprima Gemilang sedang membuka program sejenis management trainee pada bulan Februari 2026. Berikut adalah daftar posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (GDP)

1. GDP – Human Capital

Responsibilities

  • Support daily Human Capital operations and people development activities.
  • Assist in managing HC data, reports, and basic performance processes.
  • Collaborate in HC programs and cross- functional initiatives.
  • Execute HC improvement project (process/system/digitalization-based) and present the results to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student with thesis only) majoring in Psychology / Management / Industrial Engineering or related fields (Minimum GPA 3.50).
  • Fresh graduates or final-semester students are welcome (no prior work experience required)
  • Basic understanding of Training & Development, Organizational Development, or HRIS is an advantage
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to prepare concepts, reports, and presentations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eager to learn, highly motivated, disciplined, and fast learner
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Willing to join a 6 month internship program and be placed in Gresik.

2. GDP – Production

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily production & assembly operations
  • Assist monitoring and maintenance of machines & equipment
  • Collect and report production performance data
  • Participate in and deliver a production/automation improvement project to improve efficiency, quality, or reliability and present the results to management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum GPA 3.50 / 4.00
    Fresh graduates or final-year students are welcome (automation-related projects are an advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, quality, and data reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to join a 6-month internship program and be placed in Nganjuk

3. GDP – SHE

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of ISO 45001 (SMK3), including HIRADC/JSA and internal audits.
  • Assist in occupational health programs, environmental monitoring, and SHE reporting.
  • Analyze SHE data to support compliance, risk control, and management reporting.
  • Execute a SHE improvement project (process/system/digitalization-based) and present the results to management.

Requirements:

  • Final-year students (only thesis remaining) or fresh graduates from OHS, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or related majors.
  • Minimum GPA 3.50.
  • No working experience required; internship or SHE-related projects are a plus.
  • Basic understanding of SHE regulations and ISO 45001 & 14001.
  • Analytical, capable of risk assessment and safety improvement initiatives.
  • Technology-literate with interest in digitalization and process improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Willing to join a 6 month internship program and be placed in Gresik.
