PT Honda Prospect Motor (HPM)

PT Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) adalah perusahaan joint venture antara Honda Motor Co., Ltd (51%) dan PT Prospect Motor (49%) yang bertindak sebagai Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merek (ATPM) mobil Honda di Indonesia. Berdiri sejak 15 Februari 1999, HPM mengambil alih tanggung jawab perakitan, distribusi, dan pemasaran mobil Honda di Tanah Air. HPM memiliki dua pabrik di Karawang, Jawa Barat, yang masing-masing mulai beroperasi pada 2003 dan 2014, dengan kapasitas produksi gabungan yang besar agar bisa memenuhi kebutuhan pasar domestik dan ekspor.

Kantor pusat perusahaan terletak di Sunter, Jakarta Utara. HPM juga melayani seluruh aspek penjualan, layanan purna jual, dan pengembangan dealer Honda di Indonesia.

Vacancy for STAFF LEVEL

General Requirement:

• Have a TOEIC/TOEFL Certification with a minimum score of 550 for TOEIC or 493 for TOEFL
• Have valid Certificate of Good Conduct Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)

1. CORPORATE LEGAL STAFF

As a Corporate Legal Staff, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring legal compliance, managing both domestic and international agreements, and supporting the company in navigating complex r egulatory landscapes. Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Skilled in drafting/reviewing agreements with risk-mapping perspective (regulation & company protection)
• Have skill in handling licensing procedures and GCG implementations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills (especially in PowerPoint)
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
• A team player, yet capable of working independently
• Have at least 1 year of experiences in the same field
• Has PKPA certification is preferable

2. PRODUCT EVENT STAFF

Requirement:

• Bachelor of Communication, Marketing Management
• Good communication and teamwork
• Up to date with communication and social media trend
• Proficient in English (both oral and written)
• Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta

3. PRODUCT TRAINING STAFF

We’ve saved you a spot! Join us as a Product Training Staff. In this role, you’ll develop training materials about Honda product and deliver product knowledge training to sales consultant. You’ll play a key part in ensuring that associates are well trained on the products they are expected to promote.
