​PT EcoOils Jaya Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan limbah industri minyak nabati, khususnya dari industri kelapa sawit. Didirikan pada April 2016, perusahaan ini merupakan anak usaha dari EcoOils Group yang berbasis di Singapura. EcoOils Group telah berpengalaman lebih dari 40 tahun dalam pengolahan limbah industri minyak nabati dan memiliki jejak operasional di Malaysia dan Indonesia.

Production Engineer

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 majoring in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Engineer, Executive or SPV in Refinery, Oleochemical or Solvent Extraction Plant
• Have received management and leadership training

Job Descriptions:

1. Assist production department daily basis and monitoring shift supervision activities, close co-ordination with shift supervisors on shift activities and production planning.
2. Monitor process parameters and analyze the variation, discuss with superior whenover is beyond the set limits and provide clear reason. Make sure parameters reach to normal operating level with guidance of superior.
3. Make sure all SOPs, check list, check sheet, corrective action, preventive action and deviations are well documented as per requirement of IMS.
4. Make sure plant activities such as daily activities, routine activities, preventive maintenance and shutdown have been executed as per EcoOils safety standard, associated risk is well mitigated with guidance from the superior.
5. Ensure the subordinate executing all the activities as per SOPs, especially safety related requirement like PTW, LOTO, TBM permits closure according to operation performance management standard.
6. Follow HSSE Golden Rules, comply, intervene and respect and Life Saving Rules.
7. Encouraging the staff on plant safe operations techniques and assisting them to make operations smooth in terms of helping on troubleshooting, site inspection, and process modification.
8. Monitor process parameters and analyze data to achieve production budgets.
9. Active contribution in leading department related to integration management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
