ASICS Indonesia adalah entitas lokal dari ASICS — merek sporting goods global asal Jepang yang dikenal luas sebagai produsen sepatu, pakaian, dan aksesori olahraga berkualitas tinggi, terutama untuk running. Nama ASICS sendiri berasal dari frasa Latin Anima Sana In Corpore Sano (“di dalam tubuh yang sehat terdapat jiwa yang kuat”), yang menjadi landasan filosofi perusahaan sejak didirikan lebih dari 70 tahun lalu oleh Kihachiro Onitsuka.

Di Indonesia, operasional brand ASICS dikelola melalui PT ASICS Indonesia Trading, yang beralamat di World Trade Center 3, Jakarta Pusat, dan terdaftar dengan nomor usaha resmi sebagai bagian dari jaringan distribusi resmi ASICS di pasar lokal. ASICS Indonesia fokus pada pemasaran, penjualan, dan pengalaman ritel produk olahraga seperti sepatu running, training, tennis, volleyball, serta apparel dan aksesori lain yang mendukung gaya hidup aktif dan performa atletik.

Brand ini hadir di Indonesia melalui jaringan gerai mono-brand dan toko konsep canggih (ASICS Concept Store) yang tersebar di berbagai kota besar seperti Jakarta, Bandung, Pekanbaru, dan Makassar, dengan fitur layanan seperti Foot ID untuk analisis bentuk kaki guna membantu konsumen memilih produk paling tepat sesuai kebutuhan olahraga mereka. Aktivitas ASICS Indonesia juga mencakup kolaborasi dengan komunitas olahraga dan dukungan terhadap partisipasi atlet dalam kompetisi nasional serta internasional.

Saat ini PT ASICS Indonesia Trading sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan pada bulan Januari 2026. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

Lowongan Kerja PT ASICS Indonesia Trading

1. Purchasing Staff
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Min. 1 vear experience/fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to communicate effectivelv in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently while also being proactive and collaborative team player.

Job Descriptions:

1. Managed overseas factory shipments, overseeing the entire process from pre-clearance and third-party inspections to ensuring strict adherence to all shipping documentation (commercial invoice packing list, sales contract, bill of lading, certificate of origin).
2. Monitored local factory deliveries to guarantee on-time ex-factory adherence.
3. Managed inbound as per superior direction to keep DIO & WH Capacity balance.
4. Provided weekly progress reports on shipments to ensure timely product launches.
5. Liaised with 3PL providers for space booking, shipment scheduling customs clearance, and warehouse delivery
6. Actively manage in-house-system (LMS) as latest progress shipment with correct and timely manner.

2. Warehouse Senior Staff
Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Warehouse Management Transportation.
• Experience in stock control, monitoring such as daily cycle count and periodic stock opname.
• Experience with WMS, ERP and excel as data processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (minimum Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Possess analytical skills and the ability to think structurally.
• Able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
• Able to work both in a team and independently.
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, honest and responsible.

Job Descriptions:

1. Able to provide stock analysis & warehouse report.
2. Daily work with internal system (NetSuite & LMS).
3. Create PO S0.TO & status update.
4. Manage warehouse activities (inbound, outbound, inventor control).
5. Delivery arrangement to customers/account based on sales request.
6. Manage abnormality inbound & outbound.
7. Collaborate intensively with 3PL (warehouse & transporter).
8. Coordinate, analyze, and report STO every six months or annually.
9. Stock control and inventory accuracy.
