Requirements:
- Minimum education: Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge in data analysis, proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and preferably familiar with Power BI
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team player
- Solid administrative ability
- Comfortable using English for basic reporting and communication
- Proactive, eager to learn, and growth-oriented
Job Descriptions:
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on hospitality service and standardization across the organization
- Process and transform audit results and team performance data into structured reports and dashboards (using Power BI, Excel Pivot, etc.)
- Develop periodic reports to highlight achievements, gaps, and areas for improvement
- Provide insights and propose solutions to enhance service quality and operational standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for brainstorming and implementation of improvements
- Maintain documentation and administrative tasks related to monitoring and standardization
