PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Indonesia (MMKI) adalah perusahaan manufaktur otomotif yang didirikan pada tanggal 15 Desember 2014, dengan fokus utama pada produksi (perakitan) mobil penumpang dan kendaraan komersial ringan merek Mitsubishi Motors di Indonesia. MMKI merupakan perusahaan patungan (joint venture) yang dimiliki oleh Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (51%), Mitsubishi Corporation (40%), dan PT Krama Yudha (9%).

Pabrik MMKI berlokasi di Kawasan GIIC (Greenland International Industrial Center) Kota Deltamas, Cikarang Pusat, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat, dan memiliki kapasitas produksi tahunan yang signifikan (sekitar 160.000 unit per tahun). MMKI bertanggung jawab memproduksi model-model populer seperti Mitsubishi Xpander (termasuk Xpander Cross), Pajero Sport, dan Colt L300, tidak hanya untuk pasar domestik tetapi juga untuk ekspor.

Peran MMKI dibedakan dengan PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI), yang merupakan distributor resmi yang menangani penjualan, pemasaran, dan layanan purna jual kendaraan penumpang Mitsubishi di Indonesia.

Saat ini PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan pada bulan November 2025. Berikut adalah daftar posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

Lowongan Kerja PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha

1. Launching Control Staff (Subject & File Name: LinkedIn_LC Staff_Your Name)
Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing part allocation and trial schedules.
2. Controlling Engineering Orders (EO) and BoM updates.
3. Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams for trial parts.
4. Monitoring localization activities.
5. Supporting ISO and HSE compliance.

2. Material Handling Staff (Subject & File Name: LinkedIn_MH Staff_Your Name)
Key Responsibilities:

1. Production plan: timely preparation for layout, MP calculation and equipment.
2. Production process: supply & inventory management to ensure on time and accurate result.
3. Invoicing: match supplier invoice with MMKI system to ensure on time payment.

3. Part Arrangement Staff (Subject & File Name: LinkedIn_PA Staff_Your Name)
Key Responsibilities:

1. Materials Planning & Procurement: Ensure timely and accurate ordering of parts and materials based on production schedules (MRP).
2. Inventory & Data Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, manage obsolete inventory, and ensure the accuracy of critical master data, Bills of Material (BOM), and cost information within the SAP system.
3. External Coordination: Manage the flow of materials for overseas factories, coordinate delivery schedules, and handle necessary direct import documentation.
4. Cost Control & Efficiency: Analyze additional costs, execute loss reduction plans, and identify opportunities for system improvements and increased work efficiency.
5. Supplier Relations: Conduct capacity surveys and coordinate with suppliers to assess and secure future material supply.
6. Reporting & Compliance: Lead annual inventory counts (Stock Taking), calculate CO2 emissions related to transport, and ensure all activities adhere to company safety and compliance regulations.

4. Quality Control Body Inspection Staff (Subject & File Name: LinkedIn_QCBI Staff_Your Name)
Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and improve measurement accuracy of main body and parts.
2. Execute and improve activities in QC, including: welding quality check, torque check, adhesive condition check, prevent defects and its recurrence.
3. 4M change control of outsource & inhouse parts.
4. Assure warranty and line claim recovery from supplier
5. Response to KDQR claim to maintain and improve quality at KD destination factories.

Requirements:

• Formal Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or a related Department of Engineering.
• Working Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
• Sharp analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
