1. BFLP Wholesale Banking

Brilian Future Leader Program (BFLP) Wholesale Banking is Bank BRI’s flagship management trainee program, designed to develop future leaders and professional bankers in the Wholesale Banking segment, with a focus on both Corporate Banking and Treasury & International Banking. The program equips selected candidates with in-depth knowledge and skills in lending, funding, financial markets, and tailored client solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates from reputable University.
• Communicative, smart and knowledgeable talents with a wide perspective on business and current economic trends.
• Educational Background Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with preferred fields of study include: Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Law, Engineering, Communication, Mathematics, Statistics, Agribusiness, and International Relations.
• Demonstrated excellence in academic performance and/or non-academic accomplishments is highly valued.
• Proven active participation in student organizations, community initiatives, or other extracurricular activities, with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Internship or professional experience in banking, finance, corporate finance, or other relevant fields will be favourably considered.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

2. BFLP Business Enabler

The BRILiaN Future Leader Program (BFLP) Business Enabler is Bank BRI’s premier management trainee initiative, specially designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders across a wide range of banking functions. Whether it’s Human Capital, Procurement, Compliance, Legal, Network Operations, Funding Transactions, or other critical areas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates from reputable University.
• Open to all academic majors.
• Demonstrated academic or non-academic achievements is highly valued. 
• Demonstrated active participation in both organizations and community initiatives, with proven leadership capabilities. 
• Achieves a minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, IELTS score of 5,5 or equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.

• Actively involved in entrepreneurship and business communities, with hands-on experience in managing business ventures. 
• Open to all academic majors preferably in Agribusiness, Engineering, Economics, Social Sciences, or other related fields.
• Candidates with proficiency in additional languages (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc.) are highly valued.

BRILiaN Future Leader Program (BFLP) Risk Managementis Bank BRI’s flagship management trainee program, designed to develop future leaders in the field of risk management. Through this accelerated program, you will receive structured learning and direct exposure to enterprise-wide risk practices within a dynamic financial ecosystem.​

This program offers you the opportunity to build strong foundations in risk governance, develop strategic thinking, and deliver data-driven insights to support sound decision-making. You will also be prepared to take on roles as a modeler and validator, especially in credit risk and other key risk areas, by developing and validating risk models to support better risk measurement and decision-making. This program is designed to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge of various consumer financing products, including mortgage loans, auto loans, credit card and other consumer loan products, along with the skills to assess customer needs and risk profiles. Participants will also develop the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders such as institutional businesses clients, merchants, and property developers. In addition, the program trains participants in market analysis techniques to identify and develop consumer products according to customer needs and design marketing strategies that support the sustainable growth of the bank’s consumer banking business.
