PT Hastari Jaya Sentosa adalah perusahaan konstruksi yang didirikan pada tahun 2019 dan merupakan anak usaha dari Hastari Corp, sebuah holding company yang bergerak di berbagai sektor strategis seperti konstruksi, properti, pertambangan, pertanian, dan investasi. Perusahaan ini berfokus pada layanan di bidang pembangunan dan infrastruktur, serta perdagangan minyak dan gas.
Dalam operasionalnya, PT Hastari Jaya Sentosa mengerjakan proyek-proyek yang diperoleh melalui proses tender terbuka, bersaing dengan kontraktor nasional dan swasta lainnya. Beberapa proyek besar yang telah ditangani mencakup pembangunan jalan tol dan jembatan, dengan komitmen terhadap ketepatan waktu dan efisiensi pelaksanaan.
Kantor pusat perusahaan berlokasi di Talavera Office Park, Jl. TB Simatupang Kav. 22-26, Lantai 8, Cilandak Barat, Jakarta Selatan. Selain itu, PT Hastari Jaya Sentosa memiliki proyek-proyek yang tersebar di berbagai daerah, termasuk di Kediri, Jawa Timur.

Lowongan Kerja PT Hastari Jaya Sentosa
1. Legal Admin
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- A minimum of one year experience in administrative support is required, preferably in the construction industry
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of corporate law and legal agreements
- Capable of drafting formal letters or emails related to legal matters using professional and accurate language
- Willing to be assigned to Kediri on an 8:1 roster
Job Descriptions:
- Draft, format, and process legal documents such as agreements contracts, MoUs, powers of attorney, and other official documents.
- Ensure all legal documents are accurately documented and neatly archived in both digital and physical formats.
- Prepare and manage legal correspondence for both internal and external purposes.
- Follow-up on the signing, legalization, and distribution processes of legal documents.
- Compile regular reports regarding the status of company documents and licenses.
2. Operation Admin
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- A minimum of one year experience in administrative support is required, preferably in te construction industry
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
- Familiarity with construction project workflows and documentation is considered an advantage
- Willing to be assigned to Kediri on an 8:1 roster
Job Descriptions:
- Provide administrative support for daily site operations to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
- Prepare and maintain records of operational activities, including schedules, project, updates, and reports.
- Maintain filling systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring records are organized and up-to-date.
- Assist in formatting and proof-reading technical documents, manuals, and operational policies to support clear and professional communication.
