DHL Express Indonesia adalah bagian dari DHL Group, perusahaan logistik global yang berkantor pusat di Bonn, Jerman. Didirikan pada tahun 1969 oleh Adrian Dalsey, Larry Hillblom, dan Robert Lynn, DHL telah berkembang menjadi penyedia layanan ekspres internasional terkemuka yang beroperasi di lebih dari 220 negara di seluruh dunia. Di Indonesia, DHL Express memulai operasinya pada tahun 1973 melalui PT Birotika Semesta dan kini memiliki jaringan luas dengan lebih dari 1.200 karyawan, 283 kendaraan, 7 gateway, dan 24 pusat layanan yang tersebar di berbagai kota besar.

DHL Express Indonesia menawarkan berbagai layanan pengiriman ekspres door-to-door untuk dokumen dan paket, baik untuk kebutuhan bisnis maupun individu. Melalui platform digital seperti MyDHL+, pelanggan dapat dengan mudah mengatur pengiriman, melacak status paket, serta mengelola penagihan secara efisien. Selain itu, layanan On-Demand Delivery (ODD) memberikan fleksibilitas kepada penerima untuk menentukan waktu dan lokasi pengiriman sesuai kebutuhan.

Sebagai bagian dari komitmen terhadap pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan, DHL Express Indonesia telah menginvestasikan lebih dari US$140 juta dalam satu dekade terakhir untuk memperluas infrastruktur dan meningkatkan layanan. Investasi ini mencakup pembangunan fasilitas baru di Surabaya, Denpasar, Bekasi, dan Tangerang, serta penggantian armada dengan kendaraan listrik untuk mendukung target pengurangan emisi karbon. Perusahaan juga aktif dalam mendukung logistik untuk acara besar, seperti pengiriman vaksin COVID-19 dan logistik Formula E di Jakarta.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking ambitious, high-potential graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with DHL Supply Chain.

• ✅ Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Master’s Degree (S2) in any field, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, or graduates with less than 1 year of work experience
• ✅ Minimum GPA of 3.20/4.00 (or equivalent)
• ✅ Possess a valid English proficiency certification (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent)
• ✅ Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills with good business acumen
• ✅ Resilient, driven, proactive, and eager to take on challenges
• ✅ Active involvement in student organizations, leadership activities, or extracurricular programs is an advantage
• ✅ Passion for continuous learning, self-development, and career growth
• ✅ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• ✅ Committed to completing the full 2-year Next Generation Talent Program (NGT)
